Doniblon
DONIBLON is an innovative educational application that highlights local African languages at the heart of academic and professional training materials. It aims to reduce language barriers by offering courses primarily explained in our national languages, an e-library of over 1000 books, and an ecosystem connecting teachers, students, parents, and institutions.
The Challenge
Complex data migration (WordPress to Supabase) with SQL relationship management and constraints. Deployment issues (500 errors, Coolify configuration, Docker, environment variables). Backend/API structuring to make the project clean and scalable. Security flaws and vulnerabilities in Node/Prisma dependencies. Code management and protection (GitHub, main branch). Building a strong product vision (branding, premium UX, positioning).
The Solution
Gradual and structured migration using pg_dump (schema then data). Log analysis and correction of environment variables in production. Clearer organization of the backend architecture. Update of dependencies and remediation of vulnerabilities. Implementation of Git protections (ruleset on main). Clarification of product positioning (premium identity, clear structure). System optimization and understanding of hardware limitations.
